The Australian Bicycle Council is the national body that manages and coordinates implementation of This is the third cycling strategy to be sanctioned by Australian transport ministers as part of the Australian Transport Council. It focuses on six key priority areas to achieve the vision of more cycling to enhance the well-being of all Australians. The CRC is a convenient and user friendly 'one-stop-shop' for those involved in the planning and provision of cycling facilities and programs including planners, engineers, designers, event organisers and others to access a wide range of topics in one central location:
The CRC provides direct links to relevant cycling information on Australian state and territory government websites, national and international news articles and research. The CRC provides a wealth of information about how to plan, design, source funding, build and manage cycling infrastructure.
