A Transport Operator is an operator of one or more vehicles eligible for IAP membership. A Transport Operator must apply to the relevant Jurisdiction(s), for entry into a scheme, permit or application with an IAP compliance solution. The application documentation includes an Intelligent Access Condition (IAC) form which comprises amongst other things the following:

• Registered Transport Operators name and address
• Registration number, all vehicle details (including garage address)
• Proposed scheme, permit or application and conditions of operation
• IAP Service Provider nominated by the Transport Operator.
