Road Tunnels

Austroads, under its Technology Program, has established a Tunnel Technology Task Force. The Task Force consists of jurisdictional representatives from around Australia and New Zealand and is responsible for considering all aspects of tunnels including planning, design, construction, operation, maintenance, and for arranging research and testing. Where necessary the Task Force arranges changes to the Austroads Guide to Road Tunnels and / or the preparation of specialist reports.
